That....really helps out!! Wow, did not expect that. Thank you very much. I'll have to check all the wires tomorrow.
Question, how would you test the ignition switch to see if its good or not? Any way to read continuity between certain points?

And one more question, how can you tell if there's a neutral safety switch? Cuz the wire going to the "s" starting solenoid terminal, goes to the steering colomn. And I would imagine it goes back up to the "sol" connector on the ignition switch....right?

You should have continuity between:
Start position---bat to sol and beween bat and ign2
On position--- bat to ign1 and bat to acc

Sol terminal goes to S on starter through the neutral safety sw. on the column. Usuall a blue wire goes from the ignition switch to the NS switch and then a purple wire from the NS switch to the S terminal of the starter.
