Just a thought but, why not take the front clip off? It would be easier to work on, and take one side off at a time, paint it and replace it, then put it back on as one piece again. it's a little work , and obviously not a one-person job. Some might think I'm crazy though.
Or, you might have to pull the grill off to get at some of the bolts, and probably more time-consuming. I don't know if I would do it this way. I'm sure others will chime in....JMO
