Leak proof fan install

have about finished the fab work on the core support to isolate the PWM fan system.
The goal is to force the fan to pull only the air available thru the ac condenser and rad core.
No "bypass" flow.
Here are some pics of the project. They are in random display.
More to be added once the rad and support is mounted in the car.
The "Nevada" shaped opening on the dr side is a cold air inlet. It will have a stainless mesh insert and the air cleaner will be isolated from the fan wash.

I got the Delta Pag 16" kit and have the shroud plate cut and finished.
The "flaps" are on.
4 - 2" x 4" in the corners.
