TO THE GUYS AN GALS WITH SMOOTH REAR BUMPERS,IF YOU DON'T HAVE REAR BUMPER GUARDS ON YOUR 55.HOW DID YOU LIGHT UP YOUR PLATE WITHOUT DRILLING ANY OBVIOUS HOLES IN YOUR TRUNK.GOING TO A NIGHTTIME CRUISE AN DON'T WANT ANY COP TROUBLE.

Check out Hafrods neat license plate bracket with lamp that mounts below the bumper from a previous post he made on his progress with the 56 chevy

This one was on the car when I got it. It's a plate that bolts to the bumper with a light on the top.
The license attaches to that plate. Kind of old school.

The chrome frame is a seperate piece.
(just ignore the dirt...:rolleyes:)

I know Speedway Motors sells license plate holders with built in lights to illuminate the rear license plate with.

As I'm sure so does Summit Racing and Jeg's.
