Lifter Identifiaction

I installed a 350 that was built in Mexico, it has roller rocker arms 1.52 Comp Cams. Not sure about what type of lifter or the cam that is installed. Is there a way to check this without pulling the engine down? Sorry if this is a second post, The first one is not listed yet.
