Went to the Good Guys show yesterday with Joey (JT56) and Nick P. yesterday and had a great time. Tri-fives were everywhere and we quickly came to the conclusion that this was the year of the '56, because we saw more of them than ever.

I have to say that I have never seen so many custom cars in one place in my entire life. The level of the cars was through the roof and if the economy is weak you sure couldn't see any signs of it at this show, hardly any cars were for sale.

I took a lot of photos so this slideshow is pretty long, there are a few non-trifive vehicles that caught my eye and some that I knew would interest my Dad. So skip over those if you want.

Those are great pictures, what kind of camera did you use? Thanks for posting them.

David
Thank you.
Canon EOS T2i (I think that's what it's called)
Actually, I was a little disappointed because I needed a filter
for the lense and didn't bring one. It was BRIGHT out there.

Terry,
We only noticed a couple for sale. The blue/white Nomad in the pictures was priced at $30k and had rust through in the roof and tops of the quarters.

But, we didn't make it over to the swap meet section. I'm sure there were more cars over there for sale.

Geoff thanks for the pics. The tail light console was cool.
Jim
That console was cool and very well executed. Very creative! :tu

I only saw a few for sale as well. And I was looking hard. I thought I might make a good buy. My wife was nervous carrying all that cash..
Thanks for the pics, enjoyed it.
