I am using TCI/Earle Williams spindles. They keep move your wheel track in by 1/2". (per Earle Williams) Most other increase you wheel track 3/8" to 1 inch per side.
Did you measure yours before and after to verify that? I've never heard of spindles that decrease the track. Best I ever heard of is zero offset, which isn't even actually zero.
