Got pictures of this modified Mini Cooper this past weekend. I had posted this a few days ago, but it was lost, thought I would repost. It was built by a local hotrod shop for a customer with a dream. It has a 350, ugraded suspension, roll cage and aftermarket guages. Think it was very well done.

John Nomader was telling me about it, glad you reposted it. Pretty insane idea for sure, but they made it work and look good. I saw an original Mini at a show the other day with a Honda Vtec engine in it and was impressed with the build, but this is even better:tu

That is very nicely engineered. I'll bet that thing would fly.
I 'tried' to follow it home after a cruise-in one evening, very quick and looks like it handles great.

Chop chop.

Presuming it is RWD, I wonder how narrow the rear axle is? And I'd be interested to see the floor mods to accomodate.

I'll get more pictures this week when I see him. I thought I had more pics but can't find them.
