I bought a high-end set of msd wires designed to fit my 454.
Well I run some wire guides along the bottom of the valve covers.
It turns out that one of the wires wasn't long enough to go thru the route I wanted, so I called msd, the teck guy says no problem sir how long of a wire do you need, I said 45 inches, He said I will make you one up now and ship it two you tomorrow, He said is that all I can help you with sir, I said how about making me 2 of those wires. He said no problem sir.
I then said how much, He said no charge sir, is their any thing else I can help you with I said no and thank him and he thanked me.
Now that was the way it should work.

I had something similar happen to me with MSD.
I needed a coil wire and a couple of chips for my box.
I was expecting to pay but they said we will have the parts shipped to you in a few days no charge.
I couldn't believe it. Within a week there they were.
Talk about service after the sale. WOW!
MSD, awesome product, awesome company, awesome staff.
