I looked this up in hemmings motor news strictly sticks in N.j. richie 973-786-7500 or theirs this guy in NY larry 631-351-4837 they both say they stock parts for muncie good luck on finding what you need hope this helps
I took mine from an old aluminum powerglide we had sitting around. I just pulled the whole speedo piece out of the powerglide and stuck it in the muncie.

Also the last Swap meet I went to, a guy had all the different colored gears for $10.00 each.
You can still probably get the gears at a Chevy dealer.

TCI Transmissions has a chart and a calculator on their web site that will help you pick the right plastic gear. I think they sell the gears too.

The Muncie transmission uses the same plastic gears as a TH350 or aluminum Powerglide.
oh i didnt know that they share the saem plastic gear ive got 3 th350 transmissions ill snatch one from there..thanks
your probably gonna be off due to tire size and gear ratio..... I haven't used a speedo in years (on the hot rods) Unless you get the right gear reducer (expensive) I wouldn't bother.... My .02
i have a stewart warrner gear reducer already had it for many years and never used it i just put it in the chevy
