After much trial & tribulation, I finally have the beast up and running the way it should. I've started concentrating on the interior (finally), and have some parts that I can't identify - that's what happens when you take everything apart and then try to put it back together years later.

If anyone out there has any suggestions as to where these go, I'd be appreciative. Thanks!
Steve

The chrome pieces look like the Belair center post (B pillar) trim upper... is your car a 4 door sedan?

Yep. Sorry I forgot to mention that. It's a 4 door Sedan 210.
Those pieces do go on the outside posts. But, I don't know what they attach to. There are bendable tabs that must close around something and that something must go through the holes in the post and must be bolted down somehow. I can't find a picture that shows anything.

These are the outside "B" pillar upper moulds
They have a stud and plate that clips in behind it to hold them on

The pick below shows it between the doors, upper section, below roof line drain in black on upper left portion of pic

Hey thanks guys! This helped a lot. I haven't figured exactly where the hinge backing plates actually go, but I'll have a closer look this weekend.
And now that I know what the pillar piece looks like, I can search for the missing stud and clip. :tu:)

Got it! Many thanks! Now I know why the doors weren't as "tight" as they should have been......
