Opinions on Pertronix Ignitor III

I'm considering converting my stock point-type distributor to electronic with a Pertonix kit. Has anyone tried out the Ignitor III product....looks like it is relatively new on the market. It has a built in rev limiter.(not that I would actually use it for my application...) Is this unit overkill for a stock 327?

I haven't seen much mention of it in this forum, and hope to get some feedback before laying out the extra bucks for this unit.

I believe Otis changed his over not too far back. Maybe he`ll see this and comment on which one he used.
