I plan to replace the rear seal this weekend to stop a aggravating oil leak.
Where can you buy a new pinion flange for a 57 stock rear end if I need one? Also, I thought if there was a grove in the flange from the seal wear you could buy a stainless sleeve to go over that area, I can't remember if you could it's been so long since I replaced a seal. thx George

 ... yes, yoke my bad. I looked at Dennys, must have missed it, thanks for the link roger1. I will check with NAPA and see if they have a sleeve as well.

On line NAPA has a part called "Speedie Sleeve" by SKF part number NOS-99170 for the flange to be used if there is a groove in it from the pinion seal, this is made in the USA. The part number for the seal is 6818 "National" "Federal Mogul" brand I got that from Advance Auto Parts, it is made in Mexico. Both of these parts are for a stock 1957 rear end.
