Just wanted to post and thank you guys for your help on the high temp. reading. Bruce, you hit it right on the head. Found me a good used delco sending unit for my 57 and the off scale hot reading went away. Comes up to half scale now and just sits there. You are right, the ones you buy at the parts store are not worth the box they come in. again thanks a million.
