Do I have to remove the Outside Fender to remove the inner Fender in a 1957 Chevy 210?

They are pretty easy to take off but when putting the outer fender back on you may need a friend or two to help line it up

It's not impossible to remove the inner fender, without the outer, but taking into account the air ducting it's way easier to remove the lot in one go, ducting included, don't forget the 3 screws holding the duct to the firewall and the front sheetmetal screws and - - - - - - !!!!!!
