Hi,
I am restoring my beautiful 56 Chevy Hard Top Bel Air in Spain, where I live. My car has a 6 cylinder engine with non automatic transmision. I am not sure if my engine is known as a GM 235 .
This is important for me to know in order to ask for parts through the internet.
Can anybody help me?
Many thanks
Miguel
:shakehands:

Sounds about right Miguel
referred to as a lot of different names
Stovebolt
Blue Flame 6
etc etc
but when ordering parts as long as the supplier knows it is a GM 235 -6 cylinder you will get parts OK

Welcome Miguel! The original six cylinder engine was indeed 235 cubic inches. Good luck, post some pictures too.
