hi guys im putting in a new floorpan and rockers. my problem/question is when putting in the rockers if i align the welding flanges at the top of the rockers with the new floorpan the bottom flange of the rocker is to wide to meet the bottom of the pan by about5/8 in.can the rocker just be clamped to align the two together then plug welded or will this cause the rocker to bulge out? hope you can understand what im trying to exlpain. thanks Gary

Some of the repop rockers are not bent as sharp under the bottom edge of the door as the original. If you put a sharper bend there, it will bring the top and bottom together.

I buy most of my parts at Restoration World! But I drive right by it everyday going to and from work. They are great to work with! Eric (the son) is who I usually deal with.
