Hey all, The connecting copper strap that goes to the wire hook-up in my fuel tank sending unit is broke and i wonder if it's possible to wire the two pieces back together? A 20ga. wire between the break, or should i just replace it? I was surprised to see that, when everyone else finds a bad float, which is what i expected to find. My float is fine and the strap-wire connection is pretty tough in there to just break like that. Thanks for any suggestions.
