I did one door skin, came out so nice decided to do the other door.

Pictures show my concerns, the holes that were stamped are crooked.

What are these holes for?

Would this be a sign the panel was not stamped properly?

Would it be ok to weld the holes that are at the edge then grind them smooth?

P.S. *** is the matter with these aftermarket manufactures, do they not have a quality control department? Obviously not.

The Bel Air stainless trim fits over those holes then the aftermarket felt is secured using screws (factory felt was stapled on the Bel Air models because of the trim piece) so the holes are not needed, I welded the 3 holes that were near the edge closed.

Sherman, Golden Star and most other aftermarket manufactures should be ashamed of themselves for selling junk that does not fit or needs modifications right out of the box and for driving me crazy. :banghead:
