Hey Kitty welcome to Trifive from Sacramento California. Which Orange County are you located, there are a few.

As far as headlights...
Personally, I just put the halogen sealed beams in and never had any issue with seeing at night.
They serve the purpose as well as any of those high dollar lights out there.
Really, if you think about it, you only have to see maybe an eighth mile ahead of you to be safe. Not be seen from the moon.:sign0020:
Save the money for more useful things like sway bars.
Best bang for the buck IMO.

Plenty folks here to answer any questions you may have.
As said post questions in the other areas of the site and you will get more help (most of the time) than you can poke a stick at. Please post picks of your ride as these help with issues you may have and we wanna se em :)
