Don't know if this right section to post this, but when I tried to
burp the air out of my 57 with BB it blew water and antifreeze like
mount st Helens. Now I have water spots on my blower and valve covers.
What is the best thing to use to remove these spots without scratching
or dulling the chrome? thanks

I've found that a mixture of Simple Green sprayed on the anti-freeze spots then gently rubbed following with a spray bottle of water to rinse off the residue then hand dry with a micro-fiber cloth will remove the spots with out harming the polished or painted surfaces.
My '33 Vicky had lot of chrome and polished alum on the engine and an alum. radiator and I had the same thing happen when I burped the radiator.
As long as the spots aren't baked on or allowed to set for a a long time they usually will come right off.
