Have not heard anyone using them....but If ya go through the trouble to install the adjuster, you might as well just do the taller springs as you have to take the coils out anyways to install the Coil adjuster. Plus you also have to still use some sort of Ball Joint extension to allow the spring to lift the front. I guess it would work although the angle that the spring gets pushed into when you have it all hooked up right might not work well with the inline adjuster!! The spring by itself allows it to flex into the right position. Just my 2 cents worth...I just did the Taller coil spring lift and I do not think those adjusters would work...course I could be wrong.
