Found the squeak The trunk floor pan to floor pan seam is broken. Looks like fatigue from the rear shocks. Put some screws in it until fall when I can pull the seat and weld it.

Is there a recommended shock mount that attaches to the frame rails?

Keep in mind that they have them for stock and lowered cars...Also, FYI they are different between one and two piece frames.

From your photo it looks like maybe you also have air shocks. These will cause your problem.

The shock mount is a must if you are running air shocks.

Sedans are bad about breaking there even without air shocks because the weakest part of the mounting is the body floor. It has always been a bad design.

got the relocation bar from ecklers today and it is a nice part however the tail pipes are in the way and need to be modified. Noting is ever easy. Also decided to get new rear BF Goodrich 255-60RX15 tires for the rear since I have the rear axle out. One week and no one has the tire. May need to go with different brand. Old cars are never done
