What scotchbrite pad is everyone useing in a 4" or 9" grinders to strip paint & light rust fron sheet metal. What do you use in all the crevices like drip rails etc. - Is there a better way without getting into liquid strippers

Hi Donzie
Hey thanks for posting .:) If you were not looking to use a liquid stripper and it is only a mild surface rust, you could try a DA (disc agitator) and put it on grind and use 80 grit . This will remove the paint if its not a high build and will knock the surface of rust of without taking away to much metal in the proses . then you can get some Naval Jelly and apply it to the rust stained area (following the directions and saftey closely . Now for the tight areas you can use an array of methods , anything from rolling up some board paper to a wire wheel . I hope this helps if you could post your results and some photo's.
