hey everybody I have recently bought a 292 from a buddy who told me it was formerly in a 292 64 pickup. I own a 1956 210 with a 235 and stock 3speed tranny. I bought the 292 for $150 :) so.... I got to looking at the motor mounts from the 235 today, and comparing to the 292..... the 292 has offset mm and the 235 has two at the very front. My question is HOW THE **** DO I BOLT THIS IN??? I have not seen any other threads regarding this particular swap, so I am seeking the help of the forum. Thanks for any and all help!

You'll have to fabricate something for the right side.
I don't think anybody makes a mount for your application.
I have 2,292's and love them! They are a tough engine and parts are available to modify them for more power.
They produce a lot of low-end torque compared to the smaller sixes,so you can run a higher gear.( lower numerically)
The later 292's have HEI ignition, which is a great improvement on the points you have now.
It's also about 2" taller than your current six.
