Zody (there used to be stores in SoCal called Zody's)
If you go to Mallory's web site, they have the complete stuff on how to test your Uni-Lite module.
The standard part is number 605 and they are pretty pricey at about $75 or so. Mallory also makes a # 6111 that is a cheaper replacement.
A trick that I use is buying used Unilites on Ebay to get a module, then buying the Mallory mag pickup and putting in the one taht I took the module from, then reselling the unit on Ebay. I get a module and usually make a few bucks reselling the disributor.
I have never had one fail, but I always carry a spare...just in case.
