Don't do it!

I did my 56 back in 76 with steel finders & hood. I regretted it not long after I did it... Oh it was nice working on the engine because you could get to everything easily, but if you keep it with full length fenders; then it's a major pain to open.
My goodness that terrible flat blue paint...

Is There anyone who share some ideas on how make a tilt-front-end , and the kind of hardware to use to make it work well.
:sign0016: Popeye.There are several posts here explaining different ways of doing a tilt unfortunately I dont know how to cut & paste but someone here will lead you in the right direction..

Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of V8 would work for both street / strip combo. Dual quads or single ? Any advice would be great.... On the tilt frnt end, They did it on the movie 2 Lane Blacktop , with a 55 Chevy , I would think it could be done on a 56 as well...... Anyhow thanks for the reply. Go TRI 5s.
