No right or wrongs here, just you're preference. I chose Diamondback Radials for a number of reasons over Coker. No yellowing, i get to choose the width of the WW and I like the Cooper Tires. I chose the P225x75RX15 radial WW with 2 1/2 in, WWs. Fills the wheelwell and looks like WWs but not the Gangsta 30s WW that covers the entire side of the tire (just my taste, only one that really counts on MY 55). As said earlier, NO RIGHT OR WRONGS HERE. Just put that puppy on the street and enjoy it. Kindest regards Lloyd :shakehands:

Tried to add a couple of better pics with/out the blue, but didn't work. I LIKE THE LOOK. Lloyd

Reporting back with the decision...went with the G-78 Coker 3.5" WW and skipped the radials. I was told they sit different and are not as pleasing to the eye. Both have thier pros and cons.
Found them in L.A. Shipping was about $80. Sandblasted the rims and painted them using a standard # for Harbor Blue (692). What a mistake!color is way off. luckily one will only see a 1/2 line of paint next to the tires. Glad I learned my lesson now than after buying $$$ of custom colored two toned paint for the body. New paints today i guess must be color matched by an automotive paint store specialist?

Look really good and as far as rim color, as you said, very little shows anyway. :burnout: Lloyd

Looks real nice! You can buy factory matching colors in spray cans from Old 55 and others. Just respray the rim edges.
