I placed an order with Ralph a couple months ago. It's nice being able to talk to the owner of the business. Ralph is a good guy to deal with.

I've never bought anything from them, but I do know that they've been in business for a number of years.

No to be critical, but the main reason that I do not purchase from him is that he has a 30 day return policy. After that no matter what the reason, he will not deal with it. Even if it is a warranty. I don't put cars together that fast and will not take the chance on getting a bad part, not that it would be Ralph's fault, but he is selling the parts.

That would never work for me...sometimes I buy parts when I have the money and they sit on the shelf for 2-3 months,,,,that's just not good for business .

I have bought from Ralph several times but was not aware of the return policy. I like that he gives a slight discount for cash or money orders. I abhore trying to look up his parts on line as there does not seem to be much rhyme or reason to how they are cataloged. I would buy from him in the future.:anim_25:
