Hi I've read a few posts on here in regards trunk rubber. My question is do they have to be glued on or can they just be clipped on with the little white clips on the actual rubber? 57 if it makes any difference.
Cheers.

The profile of the 57 trunk seal is different than 55-56. It is designed to seal better. That said the replacement rubber and the push in
retainers are less than desirable in application. Gaps form between the retainers. If you want the best seal and best result, remove the retainers
and glue it in. This is the overall best way to use what is available today for an OEM appearance.
