New ignition switch
New Headlight switch
With Headlights on and with passenger side turn signal selected the Pass side lights flash as they should. But the indicator on the dash is showing that the Driver side lights are Flashing.

Turn the headlights off and the Dash indicator lights work correctly.
Plan to change Turn signal switch in column.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

The turn signal switch is NOT the problem. Part of the dash instrument cluster is not grounded properly.
