Hello,
1st post. I'm starting to clean up the engine compartment and undercarriage of a 55 I purchased a couple of months ago. It is a 210 Del Ray with a 350 and Turbo 400, older restoration (restomod, that is). I want to paint the parts after I clean them. I am looking for information on spray paints to use....flat vs. semi gloss, correct colors, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, master cylinder, best methods, etc. Where should I be looking ?

Thank You
joe

I used rustoleum on my engine compartment and plan on usin it when I do my components as well. They also have a engine enamel thats a cast iron look for the exhaust manifolds, it looks nice my uncles have used it.
Cheap, easy and as with all paints, its all in the prep.
