undercoating wheelwells

Just curious..... What are some of the tricks you guys are using to get the undercoating off of the rear inner wheel wells??? You can't even get your darn arm up in there!!!! Product and tool ideas much appreciated!!!!

It's probably tar and road grime that you have. Try a propane torch and heat it carefully.
