Is a 56 four-door hardtop (sport sedan) frame the same as a 57 convertible frame?
If not, what are the differences?

First off the convertible frame has a cross brace that makes it different. The bumper horns are different as well as the rear spring mounting.

what FRAMES are the same?

Also a 4 dr hardtop frame is different than every other frame as it has a support for the door pillar which is dfferent from all other frames.
