This go me concerned, don’t know what these are ? Starting to put this Rochester 2GC back together with a new kit. I measured the diameter and it .212 od but the threads are not 12-24 goes into the thread gage at hardware store a few turns but stops
It goes into 6 mm 1mm coarse at hardware store But it loose.
6 mm -1mm coarse is like 25 threads to the inch.
I clearly remember taking them out but was concerned the center one was the only one with a split lock washer. Yikes don’t know what’s going as usual when I put it back together .
Doesn’t say sizes in shop manual .
Fits my thread gage perfectly at 28 threads to the inch . And .81 long
Do you know what they are ?

My friend showed Cleveland twist tap drill chart. These three fillister headed screws are 12-28 x .81 with #12 split lock washer. so Don’t lose them , they won’t be at your friendly hardware stores ,I’ve looked. That’s what found out.
