One member mentioned rationing fuel, we too had to ration not only fuel but water at one time, black and white TV`s with a color foil to turn your TV into a semi what color TV, video recorders and brick mobile phones, internet was non existent, dragster bicycles or BMX with tuff wheels were the rage for some kids, American cars were far and few between, when you saw one of those tanks driving down the road you got out of the way
