A while backI replaced the rear wheel cylinders. At that time I did not install the steel lines. I bought two new 3/16 lines today and i cannot get then to start into the wheel cylinders. Could I have gotten metric thread cylinders

Do your origional brake lines fit into the wheel cylinders? You can compare the brake line threads against each other to see if they match, or you may have a bad starting thread.

There are more than one thing that could be wrong. The cylinders them selves could have been threaded wrong.....:anim_25:

CB....More than likely the angle you are trying to thread them at is off......Try loosening up the other end to get more flexability.
