If its all original, under the hood the +12V is picked up off the resistor block.

Your wiper switch on the dash as you twist it pulls a cable thats attached to a plastic slider attached onto the wiper motor that slides forward to allow the wiper motor to operate.

If you have power at the connector, and the switch is sliding the slide ok, and an ohm check on the ground shows good, a common issue is the wire comes loose inside the motor itself. Unplug the wire and see if it freely moves around. It should be pretty obvious if it came un-soldered.
