That was awsome, being a somewhat youngster (32) and no military service, I feel great pride to learn of stories like that throughout history. Those that give the ultimate sacrifice for my freedoms. Thanks to all who serve or have served. :fahne19:

Amazing true story. I always had an admiration for the crews in their B-17's and how they coped in impossible odds.
I'm reading Smokey Yunicks book atm, he was a B-17 captain during the war, he had some amazing stories as well.
