My '55 Bel Air convertible has a ZZ4 350 crate motor, or so I"m told. I'm running a carb. I plan to pull it out during my frame off and put it back in. My plan is to install the Holley Stealth Ram manifold and EFI. I plan to use the original front engine mounts. The car does not have A/C but I want to add that also. The car will continue to have power steering and a mechanical radiator fan. I'm looking for guidance on the front set up. The alternator is on the upper passenger side and the power steering is on the lower drivers side. I have a long water pump. Can I keep this set up, with the long water pump, front motor mounts and just add the AC compressor to the upper drivers side? I don't want to run an expensive front runner system, but would prefer to just run nice new brackets for everything. Do the components exist, to keep everything the way it is and add the A/C? Thanks.
