I see in the 55 Chevys with V8 and factory power steering they have a bracket that attaches to the intake manifold and the other end goes to the back of the generator at the top . Does the 56 V8 have this same bracket? if so where do I get one ? Thanks JB56

The 55 PS gen had solid mounts, no rubber grommets, so it needed an additional brace to minimize vibration. The 56-59 PS gens all had rubber grommets, so no need for the rear brace, although you see the rear brace advertised as for all 55-59 PS gens.
