Starting to wire up my gauge cluster. Read the post about which wire goes to which terminal on the fuel gauge. My gauge terminals/posts are not marked at all. Help Please! Looking at the back of the removed gauge, the right post is connected to a green coil, the left post is connected to a copper colored coil. Thanks!

Looking from the rear of the Gauge Cluster, the left terminal goes to the fuel tank sender and the right one ties into the ignition hot line (same lead as on the right hand terminals on the Temp gauge & Oil Pressure Light). Don't forget to properly ground the fuel tank sender body to the chassis. See link for additional info on restoration wiring kit from AAW - it should help.

Finished wiring up and I also replaced the headlight/lighting switch as the gauge cluster lighting didn't work. The rheostat to the old switch was crusty with green corrosion. Once finished, the cluster back lighting still does not work. No power from the terminal on the new switch. All fuses are good. Got the switch from Danchuk. Everything else works. Help Again and Thanks!!
