In Tx. a bill of sale is useless. I just found that out on one i was getting a title on. The VIN# and frame # is what they want and then go through the DPS people. :confused:

Department of Public Safety, in other words the highway patrol. They do a form 68A and verify it isn`t stolen and then issue you a new title.
