Thanks guys,

No I haven't looked on eBay, yet.
Thought I'd ask here first to save me countless hours of searching.
I've found the internet can consume hours of your time and you achieve very little from it sometimes........ less time doing what I like, (Show n Shines, Swap Meets, and wishing I could I drive Her):tu

Good luck finding NEW.. You may find NOS but thats as close as you are going to get.
I do not believe you will find repops unless they have started to manufacture them in the last 3 years, when i stopped looking for them.
Try Bam Bam here to see if he has a set..
I procured a set of them from a fellow member (classicchevy) many moons ago.
I do know they are different for a 4 door sedan and a 4dr h/top.
Just as a side note Belaire`s usually do not have the need for them as they have the chrome trim, just below the roof gutter rail on the door frames on a sedan. They have chrome flippers in the HT and will not work (nothing to secure them to).
Cheers David.

Hey David,

Thanks for the input

"Good luck finding NEW.. You may find NOS but thats as close as you are going to get." I thought I might get to the Tri-Five Nationals early (Friday Morning) and have a look at what they'll have for sale there in the way of NOS

with a big stick and you can't have your windows down to far and then the cars windows fog up and I haven't got air con yet so I thought these would be a quick fix"

I'll keep looking on eBay and see what comes up.

Gidday Chris....
Just FYI... For what i have learned, these trims are not a factory fit or genuine GM item. I believe they were an after market accessory offered and fitted by GM back in the day (i do stand corrected on this though).
I have my 4 door sedan, "Alice" and im about to fit mine.
Before i do, i can measure, Take some templates etc, and get whatever measurements you may need. If you have the skills you may be able to make some??, if you would like..
Keep in mind if you have the 1/4 vent window delete front windows, the front will not work as they are to short..
They do not go over the 1/4 vent windows.
Cheers David.

Hey David,
Your correct they were after market as found in the 55,56,57 accessory booklet on eBay at the moment sold by Faxon for about $20 bucks.
Hold off on the measure firstly because sheet metal and I aren't good friends and secondly I got hold of Bam Bam and he is looking for some as we speak, he said he had some but no sure if they were 2 or 4 door.
So he's going to get back to me. Man I had a look at the photo's he put on showing his stock of parts, Wow....... impressive. Nice to have somebody like him to call on to help out when needed.
