Tired of searching through paint pictures. Is 1957 Sierra Gold a solid color or does it have metallic in it?
If it is a metallic paint , how much metallic? I know that's hard to describe but like light , medium, etc.
Thinking about using it on another car I have.
Thanks in advance for your help.

It is a metallic and it is fine aluminum almost to the point that you can not see it unless in the sun light. It was first introduced in 56

When I'm at a car show and there are 3 sierra gold 57's each is a different color. Black Widow that color looks right on.
I have a 57 getting ready for repaint sierra gold. Any info on your paint mix would be appreciated.

I’ll post a pick of the paint code later today, I’ve got a habit of keeping my labels tucked in the build folders.......give me a few. I know it was a ppg paint

Well here’s what i used

This was the revised # for 57 SierraGold
I have the Adobe Beige if there’s any need as well let me know

Love this color one of my favs

I could use the code for adobe beige. Thanks.
Here ya go

This was pulled from the 57 chip book.

I was worried about the ford label and was reassured it was Adobe Beige per the mix.
I’m happy with it and it looks great never had it side by side someone else’s ride to compare but it flows and looks great
