Short vs Long Drive Shaft - Looking for resource

I replaced my muncie with a short tail powerglide. I believe I need a 57 1/2" drive shaft with the short tail.

If there a resource that would give lengths of drive shafts so I could track down the one I need. I coild have my
lengthened but would like to keep it if I go back with the muncie or reg transmission.

Thought I saw one but like a dummy did not bookmark it.

You are going about this the wrong way. Very hard to find a list of driveshafts that will fit exactly, and if you had a list then you'd still have to find a donor.

On the other hand, if you had done a long tailshaft Powerglide, you could use the driveshaft you have. Maybe have to change the yoke depending on whether it's an aluminum 'Glide or cast iron.

It is aluminum I have a long shaft but it is in bad shape. My short shaft was rebuilt before I got it.

Decided to go with a Turbo 350 for many reasons.

Probably a much better choice overall & you can use your original driveshaft might need to have it shortened a little & get the correct splined yoke just measure correctly
