Can anyone please advise on how adjust the hood on 57 chev, for the side to side adjustment ,I can see the lower hinge bolt holes are slotted for up and down alignment and the upper hinge bolt holes are slotted for front to back movement, but how to you move from left to right, I have no gap on the left and 1/2 inch on the right hand side.

Can I ask, did you change hoods or hood hinges or are you just doing an R&R with the hood. Where is the gap? Is the the whole length of the hood or just in the front at the headlights? Without facts. speculation will give many answers.
