For those using the factory LS Alternator what gauge wire did you run between the Alternator and the battery/stater power lead? Did you fuse the line, if so what amp fuse?
In a retrofit like this, the general recommendation is to wire the PCM directly to a battery feed, not a charging circuit/alternator feed.The voltage drop plays a factor as well, as far as the PCM goes. The PCM will need at least 12v to run. Any less and it will shut off.
