Brad, the metal on the upper fins is stainless and you can take out the dents and polish yourself with a buffer.
Look at KC yellow pages under Metal Finishers for help on chrome.

Brad the guy I used to polish my stainless was just n. east of kc in buckner, mo. he is an old retired metal smith. and does an excellent job. his name is louie meyer. he is a little cheaper then some of the other bigger shops, but he doesn't do chrome work. if you are interested let me know and I will give you his phone and add.
