Lokar floor shifter

I bought a lokar for the first time because i wanted a hot rod style shifter. The quality is good but it doesn't have lockout between each forward gears and after owning various b&m shifters with the ratchet this is a bummer. Also doesn't have any provision for a reverse light switch so i had to buy a lokar switch that bolts to the trans pan.
I bought one with a cable which was a mistake as for the lower arm on the shifter to clear the shifter boot i had to make up another bracket around the base. I should have gone linkage but i didn't have my 700r4 at the time so i thought to get the cable one and mount it where i wanted.

Dan,

Do you have any problem with shift knob vibrating? hold the smarta** comments. :sign0020:

Do you have good clearance with the seat and the dash?
Mine doesn't vibrate as it is not bolted to the trans. There is also plenty of room and it works without touching anything (i.e, in park with the glove box open or in 1st with the seat all the way forward)
